Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Suit Direct Clarks Village £300 Instagram giveaway run by Land Securities.
All participants in the Suit Direct Clarks Village £300 Instagram giveaway (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
Conditions for entry
- The free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following:
- any employees (and their family members) of Land Securities, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies;
- employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at Clarks Village; and
- anyone else professionally associated with the Land Securities group or this promotion.
How to enter
- To be eligible for the Suit Direct Clarks Village £300 Instagram giveaway, the participant must follow all entry requirements as stated in the caption of the Instagram post.
- No purchase or other payment is necessary for entry into the draws.
- Land Securities has the right to disqualify any participant not complying with, or any entry not made in accordance with these terms and conditions.
- Entries sent in through agents or third parties will be disqualified. Late, incomplete or otherwise ineligible entries will be disqualified.
The prize
- The prize for the Suit Direct giveaway will be £300 to spend in-store. Valid at the Clarks Village Suit Direct store only. Excludes Marc Darcy/Concessions. Not valid on sale or promotional product.
- There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable.
- Any excess value must be paid for in-store.
- Prize must be claimed via an appointment booked with the Clarks Village Suit Direct store team.
- Land Securities retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.
Selection of the winner and collecting prizes
- There will only be one winner and one prize.
- The Suit Direct Clarks Village £300 Instagram giveaway will close at 11.59 pm on 12th April.
- The winner will be chosen at random by computer systems and notified via Instagram direct message by the Clarks Village Instagram channel.
- In the event that Land Securities (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner within 24 hours of the draw closing date, then Land Securities reserves the right to draw another winner.
- The winner shall be required to collect the prize in person from Suit Direct Clarks Village and he or she will be required to present valid photo ID to Land Securities to verify his or her identity. Land Securities shall provide more specific information about the pick up location when it sends notification of the win.
- The surname and county of the winner may be published on Clarks Village social media channels..
- Land Securities’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
- The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
- The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
- Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
- This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this promotion.
Use of data
- Land Securities will only use the details provided to contact you in connection with the prize draw.
- Land Securities shall not pass on the details of any participant other than as set out in these terms and conditions.
