After last year’s record-breaking Santa Skate, it’s time for the elves to take over the ice!

On Thursday 13th November from 5pm–6:45pm, in partnership with the Shoemakers Museum, we’re on a mission to fill the rink with over 150 elves on ice and make festive history.

All spaces for this special event are now fully booked, but visitors are welcome to come along, soak up the atmosphere, and cheer on the skating elves as they take to the ice for the world record attempt.

What You Need to Know

  • Elf outfits are essential. All skaters must be dressed as elves to take part.
  • The ice rink is open between 5pm–6:45pm, but to help us set the record, all elf skaters will be on the ice between 6pm and 6:30pm for the official attempt.
  • Free tickets are limited, so book early. Each booking allows up to two tickets. Please only reserve tickets you’ll use, if you can’t attend, let us know so we can re-list your spot.
  • Filming and photography will take place throughout the event for publicity purposes. By attending, you agree that you and your party may appear in promotional footage or photography.
  • Everyone taking part will receive a special participation rosette, and the best-dressed elves will win on-the-spot certificates for festive fancy dress.

The evening will be hosted by Santa and his Head Elf, flying in from the North Pole to meet guests and officially launch the Clarks Village Ice Rink, a 550m² real-ice rink, open daily until 4th January (excluding Christmas Day).
