Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer experiences through authentic and personable service that leaves a lasting impression.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Engage with customers, share product knowledge, and build lasting relationships.

Maintain high store standards, both front and back of house, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, processing deliveries, and loss prevention.

Handle cash responsibly and follow all procedures related to security, stock accuracy, and health & safety.

Promote customer loyalty by sharing information about upcoming collections and capturing customer data.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Previous retail sales experience is desirable but not essential.
