Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates understanding of personal sales goals and KPIs and strives to hit targets set. 
• Engages with the team and drives teamwork. 
• Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution orientated mindset. 
• Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor.
• Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room organisation, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time. 
• Opening and Closing the store: Cashing up, filling in daily reports. 

Preferred Skills & Qualities:

• Previous sales retail experience
• Flexible Availability 
• Positive Attitude 
• Experience in end of day cashing up
