Radley has an exciting opportunity for a Supervisor to join the team.
This is a 32-hour-per-week position, essential in supporting the Store Manager and wider management team to ensure the store consistently delivers a premium customer experience.
The Supervisor will play a key role in inspiring and motivating the team to achieve high performance and be well-positioned for ongoing success.
A true Radley ambassador, the successful candidate will demonstrate operational excellence, have strong product knowledge, and be an expert in all things Radley. They will be driven, goal-oriented, and enjoy contributing to a high-achieving team.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting all aspects of store operations, including opening and closing procedures, banking, refunds, team management, and customer experience

Identifying opportunities to maximise sales by driving, monitoring, and responding to KPIs (sales, conversion, footfall, average customer spend, and margin)

Leading by example to create an inspiring environment and ensure a premium customer experience

Maintaining and seeking improvements in operational efficiency, including store administration and compliance

Motivating a high-performance team and supporting talent development
