As Supervisor you work 32 hours per week and will be essential in supporting the Store Manager and the rest of the management team in ensuring the store is set up to provide premium experience to all customers at all times.
You will be on hand to help inspire and motivate the team to deliver high performance and are set up for success.
A true Radley ambassador you will be operationally excellent, knowledgeable about our product and an expert in all things Radley. You will be driven by success and enjoy being part of and contributing to a winning team.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Help manage all aspects of the store incl. opening, closing, banking, refunds, people and the customer experience
- Identify opportunities to maximise sales by driving, monitoring and reacting to your KPIs (sales, conversion, footfall, ACS, margin)
- Create an environment of inspiration and set the example for a premium customer experience
- Maintain and look for opportunities to improve operational efficiencies to ensure smooth running of the store in regard to administration and compliance
- Motivate a high-performance team and develop talent
- We are looking for someone that has relevant retail experience within a premium and customer focused environment in a multichannel organisation.
