As a Keyholder at Levi’s, the individual will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and new ideas are celebrated. They will act as a vital link between Levi’s products and its customers, while also supporting and assisting the Stylists.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver the highest level of customer service through teamwork and by embodying Levi’s brand values.

Support the Store Management team with daily tasks and operational duties.

Motivate, support, and encourage the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve personal sales targets.

Offer guidance and direction to the sales team to aid their development and ensure that KPIs are met.

Maintain strong visual standards throughout the store.

Assist with deliveries and help organize the stock room.

Take responsibility for opening and closing the store in the absence of senior managers.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate shares Levi’s core values and demonstrates a genuine passion for the brand. They should have experience in driving KPIs and achieving sales targets within a retail environment, alongside strong customer service skills. Being a collaborative team player and providing support to the management team is essential, as is having prior experience in leading and managing a team on the shop floor.
