Summary

As a Crew Team Leader, you are part of the management team and play a key role in the smooth and safe running of the store. You will be responsible for supporting and developing the team, ensuring the highest level of customer service, and delivering a strong commercial performance. Your leadership and enthusiasm will help create an engaging and inspiring environment for both the team and customers.

This role will be a part-time (32 hours), permanent contract.
