International customers of Clarks Village can shop tax free with selected stores!

To find out which Tax Refund Companies are used, please visit our Store Directory page and click on the retailer you would like to shop with for more information. 

Once you have the company name, simply visit their website for instructions on what needs to be done before leaving the U.K. in order to claim your refund.

When shopping in store, simply ask for a Tax Free Form from the retailer at time of purchase. Please note products must be in their original packaging and carried in hand luggage to show proof of purchase at customs.

The iconic French brand began the polo shirt trend over 75 years ago and continues to be one of the strongest brands around today. Initially influenced by tennis wear, Lacoste was the first brand to design smart, yet comfortable garments that can be worn both on and off the courts and is of course widely recognised by their iconic logo, the crocodile.

Last year Clarks Village joined many other local companies, brands, charities and businesses in a giant swan sculpture exhibition in and around the city of Wells. A flock of sixty large swan sculptures were strategically placed for the general public to view, to celebrate England’s smallest city and the Queen’s 60^thanniversary. But now the exhibition is over, we are pleased to have our Swan in its full glory within Clarks Village itself, so why not see it for yourself when you next visit!

Clarks Village sponsored one of the 5ft pieces of art and worked closely with Louise Rushford, who transformed it into a stunning piece of contemporary art. Louise is trained in fine art and sculpture and painted the Lions of Bath 'Dandelion'. More images of her previous work can be found at Louise's interior art & design company website www.arthouseoriginals.co.uk

Wheelchairs & powered scooters are now available to hire from Shop Mobility at the Grange Car Park entrance to Clarks Village. The mobility equipment is easy to use and full instruction is provided, allowing all of our customers to have a relaxing day's shopping!

Using the Service
To use the service you must be a member, so the first time you use us you must join up! This is a simple process and just takes 4 easy steps:

1. Fill in membership form
2. Provide 2 forms of identification which must have your address recorded e.g. driving licence, utility bill, bank statement or letter from a company/service provider.
3. Complete a safety check on our equipment. Training and advice provided.
4. Sign our terms & conditions

Clarks Village is delighted to announce a fantastic bundle of new restaurants are now open at ‘The Restaurant Terrace’!

'The Restaurant Terrace’ is the home to a variety of cuisines including:

- Frankie & Benny’s combine the best of popular American food with traditional Italian dishes and are always a hit with the families! Open 9am – 11pm

- Italian restaurant Prezzo, who create a relaxed atmosphere for diners with unique interior designs in each restaurant.  Open 9am-11pm everyday!

- Pret a Manger specialise in making fresh food from scratch. Pret pride themselves on having the fresh ingredients delivered every morning and any extra food at the end of the day goes to local charities

- Burger King and Family Favourites have returned to Clarks Village with a new & improved look!

As well as offering al fresco dining, both Prezzo & Frankie & Benny’s will be open 'til 11pm, so shoppers can not only break up their day with a relaxing family lunch, but can stay for dinner or a post retail-therapy drink!

Starbucks, Pasty Presto, Cafe Mattia and our brand new store, Costa Coffee, also offer a great choice of food, drinks and snacks, as well as our food carts serving hot food and snacks!
